Location is very good, views from the rooms are spectacular and the staff was helpful and friendly.
Rooms are outdated and ours smelled a mixture of dampness and like smoke. It needs refurbishing and renovation urgently.

The room is decent sized with a fantastic view, also they can offer wake-up service. There is a plenty of supplies like : central heating, a laptop-size safe, and multi-channel television. The location is stunning and wonderful as it's near to London Bridge, London in future and family friendly restaurants.

The location was fantastic with stunning views of Tower Bridge. The room was quite dated, and service wasn’t flawless, as the bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired. A decent experience though room improvement is needed.

The views from my room overlooking Tower Bridge were fine, and I loved that I could easily stroll to the Tower of London and even hop on a quick walk to the Sky Garden for some amazing city views. As a solo traveler, the comfort of the room was good.

Location
After check out two days later, I find a very strange transaction in my ebank which shows there is a spence of 160 DKK, I hadn't consume any items in the hotel, could you plese let me know. In general, this is a good hotel I would like to recommend, which is in good location, and the transport is also conventient.
